Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:
• Assist in recording daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, etc.)
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and other accounting records.
• Support in data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Help in reconciliation of accounts and ledgers.

Banking Duties:
• Visit banks for cheque deposits, cash withdrawals, and other routine transactions.
• Submit and collect important banking documents (NEFT/RTGS forms, account statements, etc.).
• Maintain petty cash and daily cash book entries.
• Follow up with banks regarding payments, bank charges, and account issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 12th Pass/ B.Com or Diploma in Accounting or similar field.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bank-related roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally (preferred).
• Good numerical and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and willing to travel locally for banking work.
