Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, including Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform testing and conversion of accounting data from the branch agency management system to central divisional systems, including data analysis and reconciliation of converted data.
• Support all agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues, maintaining organization of production support issues and prioritization.
• Work with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
• Develop and coordinate training and communication to finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
• Perform testing and maintain finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.

Requirements:
• MBA – Finance, CA Inter, or any post-graduate in Finance.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit.
