Responsibilities

Teach French language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, using interactive and creative methods.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Provide individualized tutoring and support to students who require additional assistance in mastering the language.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.
Proofread educational materials to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Collaborate with other educators to integrate math concepts into language lessons where appropriate.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with children in an educational setting is essential; classroom experience is highly valued.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
Familiarity with special education practices is a plus to support diverse learners effectively.
Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment for all students.
Days & Timings
Saturday 10am -1 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
