Sparkle Squad Cleaning is currently hiring reliable, independent, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Cleaners and Mother’s Helpers. This role goes beyond basic cleaning — we help support families across the Okanagan region with light household tasks and everyday routines.

Job Duties Include:

Regular house cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen/bathroom cleaning, etc.)
Light tidying and home organization
Laundry and folding
Basic meal prep and kitchen help
Supporting families with general household needs
Communicating with clients and reporting any issues or supply needs
Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle for transportation
Able to work independently and stay on schedule
Must pass a criminal background and general screening check
Honest, dependable, and respectful in clients' homes
Physically fit to handle cleaning and light household tasks
Strong communication and time management skills
Flexible and adaptable to different family/home environments
Pay & Growth Opportunities:

Starting wage: $19.50/hour
Probation period: 3 months
Early raise possible before 3 months based on performance and client feedback
Top cleaners can earn $25–$30/hour based on:
Work quality
Reliability
Client satisfaction
Growth within the company
Early Raise Opportunity: If you show excellent work ethic, receive no client complaints, and demonstrate strong performance, you may be eligible for a pay increase before the 3-month mark
Ongoing pay raises are based on your performance, consistency, and growth within the company

Full-Time and Part-Time roles available
