Role Description

With an annual pay of 3LPA and upto 30k incentives per month this is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Coimbatore. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing sales training programs. This individual will also be involved in sales management activities to ensure team performance aligns with company goals. This job includes hectic travel schedules.

Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training and development programs for sales teams
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (optional)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the event planning industry is a plus
