About the position

Responsibilities
• Assist the installation team with all installation activities including backerboards, layout, setting, grouting, and sealing.
• Represent Fireclay Tile's core values as a Brand Ambassador.
• Exceed client expectations through quality craftsmanship.
• Ensure precise tile alignment using straight edges, levels, and squares.
• Support waterproofing, membrane installation, and other surface preparation techniques.

Requirements
• 1 year of construction experience needed.
• Tile experience preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Proficiency in using power and hand tools for tile cutting and shaping.
• Knowledge of using straight edges, levels, and squares for precise tile alignment.
• Experience with waterproofing, membrane installation, and other surface preparation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to highest quality standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
