About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner who is detail-oriented, is great at communication and presentations, and has a get-things-done attitude. This team member will drive the successful delivery of digital solutions that meet business and customer needs. This role combines strategic analysis with product ownership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys translating business goals into actionable product features.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis o Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. o Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria. o Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.
Product Ownership
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized and aligned with business objectives. o Define and communicate product vision and roadmap in collaboration with leadership and technical teams. o Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
Project Execution
Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. o Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. o Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate workshops, demos, and presentations to communicate progress and gather feedback. o Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare.
Certification in Product Ownership or Business Analysis (CSPO, CBAP).
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
