We have an amazing opportunity for a

Parkshore - Human Resources Associate
to join our team!

This role pays $21 to $23 per hour DOE

Our HR Associate:

Processes new hire information and updates in the HRIS and prepares new team member files.
Processes criminal background and drug testing documents.
Assists with new hire paperwork and on-boarding.
Ensures all team member paperwork and files are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policy and procedures.
Assists with internal and external employment verifications.
Assists team members in the Learning and Resource Center.
Replenishes resources and keeps the LRC clean and organized.
Assists with preparation for all team meetings, training classes and special projects.
Attends and participates in various meetings as required.
Makes copies, orders supplies, prepares forms, and builds handbooks and packets.
Assists residents and team members with questions and problems courteously and promptly.
Obtains and conveys information as needed to promote professional working relationship with applicants, visitors, callers and business partners.
Performs general office support functions ordering and maintaining supplies and utilizing office equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:

High school graduate or equivalent.
Additional related HR training/certification preferred,
At least one year of related office experience, previous HR administrative experience highly preferred,
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills,
High ethical standards. Ability to secure and maintain confidential information.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong typing and computer application skills. Previous HRIS experience preferred,
Excellent oral and written communication skills,
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills,
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws preferred.
Ability to interact and support others in a courteous and professional manner.
Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
