Full job description
We are a growing cleaning business looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our mobile team. You will be traveling to residential homes across designated areas to perform cleaning services. This is a commission-based role – you get paid per completed job, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance and number of jobs completed.

What You’ll Do:

Travel to client homes for scheduled cleanings
Perform general residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.)
Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Report completed jobs via phone/app
Communicate with management regarding availability and job updates
Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not required – training provided)
Must have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle
ABN (or willingness to get one – we can guide you)
Good communication and time management skills
Friendly, professional attitude
Ability to work independently and responsibly
