Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

This role involves managing and driving output from the Financial and Corporate Accounting functions to ensure that deadlines and timelines are met. Key responsibilities include:

\

The preparation of monthly management accounts, including all aspects relating to financial reporting and analysis.
\
General Ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations, as well as other financial record-keeping tasks.
\
Preparation of reports for the Finance, Investment and Audit Committee and the Board.
\
Budgeting and forecasting, including the preparation of detailed analyses identifying key variances from budget.
\
Financial modelling and planning, including the evaluation and recommendation of ROI for spends/investments.
\
Resource allocation and team development, including staff training, motivation, and support.
\
App analytics and technology/marketing spend analysis.
\
Segment profitability reporting and periodic validation of project estimation processes.
\
Making recommendations for improvements in financial performance and controls.
\
Providing high-level advice to senior managers on financial management and accounting issues.
\
