JOB PURPOSE
To develop an ethical culture and work environment as per GMR Values & Beliefs.
Identify ethical lapses in the organization to reduce wastage and identify revenue leakages in matters relating to GHIAL and the Group business of MRO, CARGO, Duty Free, GADL, SSC, GMR Aviation Academy, ALD, Raxa, GHASL, Tenaga-Parking, Highways-VJA-Hyderabad & Pochampally, etc.

Key Accountabilities with KPIs
Developing sources in various Departments and Business Units in GHIAL to collect intelligence.
➤ KPI: Number and quality of sources developed.
Conducting discreet verifications, dipstick checks, data analytics, and report making.
➤ KPI: Number and quality of checks and reports.
Planning, coordinating, and conducting investigations based on:
Management Support referred cases
Intelligence inputs
Concerns raised through the Whistle Blower (WB) Policy
Red flags raised by MAG or otherwise
➤ KPI: Number and quality of investigations conducted.
Taking proactive initiatives to alert Management on:
Revenue leakage
Wastage or misuse of resources
Misconduct or misuse of authority
Wrongdoing or policy violations
➤ KPI: Number and quality of alert notes and follow-up actions.
Spreading awareness on GMR Values & Beliefs and Group policies through:
Awareness programs
Training modules
Ethics activities
➤ KPI: Number and quality of programs conducted.
Conducting vendor due diligence and employee integrity profiling.
➤ KPI: Number of profiles/reports completed.
Identifying and plugging process gaps through system improvement notes.
➤ KPI: Number of improvements and gaps identified.
Supporting activities such as:
MIS reporting
MAG coordination
IT support
Providing inputs for other E&I activities
Interfacing with Law Enforcement Agencies

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Vendor meetings with the aim of vendor profiling and due diligence.
Investigation / Enforcement agencies / Third party agencies / Vendor Staff / Local community/ to collect intelligence, public records and other related data and for cooperation in certain investigations.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Employee engagement to gather - intelligence, understand system processes, and to discuss possible process improvements.
Meetings with HOD's, CEOs for approvals, GMR and Non-GMR staff, data collection and coordination of investigations & reporting.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS
Knowledge of Financial Accounting / SAP
Ability to handle data of different projects within GHIAL at Hyderabad.
Maintaining records of internal expenditure and accounts of E&I Dept.
OTHER DIMENSIONS
Ability to monitor and collect intelligence through OSINT/HUMINT.
Significant handling of meetings with Internal and External Stakeholders including liaisoning with investigation agencies.
Maintaining high level of confidentiality, integrity and conducting value based/Sensitive Investigations.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate / Post Graduate
Preferably ACFE
Basic knowledge of business and commerce, Knowledge of investigation, intelligence collection, disciplinary process, and interrogation techniques.
Training abilities.
Ability to work on data analytics tools – Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Proficiency in MS word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience of working in SAP or POS or ERP Applications
Strong communication skills – written and oral in English
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
7 to 10 years in corporate fraud investigation field, auditing / financial accounting
Exposure to multiple departments, industries, geographies etc.
Having excellent interpersonal skills
