Data Analyst and Ops Intern

About the role

The Data Analyst and Ops intern role is a critical one for us, given the demanding requirements of the business that we are in. We treat our interns like full-time employees. Data cannot be prone to error, and must be accurate. We are looking for an enthusiastic Data Operations Intern to join us for 2–3 months. This role is ideal for MBA (Finance) students or recent graduates who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to financial data, stock markets, and mutual funds.

Job Responsibilities:
• Clean and organise large sets of financial data
• Perform index mapping, logo corrections, and name standardization, etc.
• Research and identify new data sources
• Work closely with the founding team on ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial information
• Support other ad-hoc data enrichment tasks
• Monitor internal data quality and get things fixed
