Responsibilities
• Finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs

Skills
• Previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter
• Fluent in German
• Fluent in English
• Growth mindset
• Willingness to work as a freelance contractor
• Ability to invest extra time in recruitment activities
• Experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluency in Portuguese
