Can confidently and quickly work through site challenges and assembly details

Your Day-to-Day:

Install finish carpentry components (doors, trim, etc.) with a focus on precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship
Coordinate with customers, site supervisors and other trades
Keep your workspace safe, clean, and productive
Extras That Set You Apart:

Experience on multi-family or high-end custom homes
Familiar with laser levels, planers, track saws, and site-built jigs
Certifications in fall protection or scaffold use
Leadership experience or interest in advancing into a lead carpenter role
