What you'll bring:
• Extensive experience in compiler development using frameworks such as LLVM or MLIR.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Rust, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively within modern software development teams, using tools like Git, CI/CD, and testing methodologies.

Nice to have:
• A mathematical background, particularly in linear algebra, graph theory, or optimization.
• Experience with software development kits (SDKs), high-performance computing, or distributed systems.
• Contributions to open-source compiler projects or intermediate representation (IR) design.
