Job Description

Tele caller/BPO (Only Females)

Experience- 0-1 year & Fresher can also apply

Package – ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location – Madhapur, Hyderabad

Job Role

~ Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with information about our real estate services.

~ Handle inbound inquiries and provide assistance to customers.

~ Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information.

~ Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.

~ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements:

~Female candidates with 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.

~ Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, Hindi.

~ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

~ Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.

~ Strong organizational skills.

~A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

~ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

~ Outstanding problem-solving skills
