We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Accountant with unquestionable integrity, strong work ethics, and a collaborative mindset to join our growing organization.

Position Summary

As part of the corporate accounting function, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
Ensure necessary journal entries are recorded accurately, including roll forwards and account reconciliations
Prepare and/or review P&L adjusting and closing entries
Oversee the monthly inventory for several districts
Communicate effectively with other departments as needed
Monitor and review general ledger transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare P&L variance explanations for monthly reporting deliverables to senior management
Assist with the annual audit process
Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen internal controls
Perform ad hoc projects and financial analyses as assigned
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel AI capabilities for smarter data insights and workflow optimization
High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong financial reporting and management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
