About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) Operator to manage and oversee operations in our automated warehouse. The role involves handling storage and retrieval activities, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth warehouse workflow with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor the ASRS system for storage and retrieval of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and recordkeeping in SAP/WMS.
• Perform daily system checks and basic troubleshooting of ASRS equipment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for loading/unloading activities.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards as per company policy.
• Report equipment faults or errors to the maintenance team immediately.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock verification.

Requirements:
• 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse operations; prior ASRS or WMS experience an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers and inventory software (SAP/WMS).
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-volume warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
