Are you good with customers, tools, thinking outside of the box and enjoy variety in your work? Premium Living Victoria is looking for a friendly and outgoing technician to learn multiple aspects of our company for you to work independently and as a team. We offer full on the job training to learn the following skills:
Install Residential and Commercial garage doors, Parkade Grilles and Docks
Service residential and commercial over head doors, Parkade Grilles and Docks
Valid BC Driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
Friendly and Outgoing
Experience with power & hand tools
Understanding of imperial measurement
Fundamental carpentry/fabrication skills
Bondable and pass a Police background check.
Good communications and customer service skills
Effective attention to details
High degree of accuracy
Strong worth ethic
Physically fit as heavy lifting is required
Dexterity
Quick thinker and problem solver
Responsibilities
Install and repair garage doors using hand tools and carpentry techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Perform maintenance tasks, including caulking and restoration, to enhance door functionality.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
