BAND 5 RMN ST Georges Stafford

The Trust Bank is made up of a pool of staff that provides temporary cover for staff shortages or short term vacancies. If you work for the trust bank, you tell us when you are available and your availability is then matched with shift requirements across the hospital.

Our Bank operates by, booking temporary staff on a flexible basis. It gives you the freedom to choose the shifts you work, depending upon availability.

The post holder will assist the Ward Manager in providing high quality nursing care and
treatment of patients in conjunction with other professionals through the hospital’s multi disciplinary assessment, treatment and care programmes

Our Expectations

You will need to be a RMN with a valid NMC number

Capable of working to Trust Policy and the NMC Code of Conduct
Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, be punctual, reliable, highly motivated, and able to work on their own initiative, good team workers and committed to providing high standards of care
