About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts within our transactional finance team. You’ll be the go-to expert for commission processes, delivering tailored system training to partners to ensure they feel confident and supported. Working closely with teams across MAB, from finance and onboarding to customer success and technology, you’ll help create a seamless, consistent experience that reflects our commitment to clarity and trust. This is a role where collaboration meets accountability and where your ability to connect dots across the business will drive real impact for our key accounts.

About you
You’ll thrive here if you’re a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process. We’re looking for someone with experience in account management, ideally within finance, though not essential. You are familiar with customer-focused and commercial environments, working at pace to problem solve and achieve results. You’ll be comfortable working with large datasets, using Excel and systems (ideally accounting/finance) to spot trends and troubleshoot issues. Above all, you’ll bring a collaborative mindset, a commitment to service excellence and the initiative to make things better every day.
