Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our hotel’s sales initiatives, drive business growth, and strengthen our brand presence in the Patna hospitality market. The candidate should have strong B2B and corporate sales experience, with a proven track record in generating business from local and national markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and build relationships with corporates, travel agents, event planners, and other key business partners.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, online and offline marketing activities, and brand-building initiatives.
• Oversee and guide the sales team in achieving monthly and annual goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Manage room, banquet, and F&B sales through corporate tie-ups and event collaborations.
• Work closely with the operations and reservations team to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and performance reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the Patna corporate market and hospitality industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
