About the Role

We are hiring Medical Process Associates to support dental professionals with product-related queries via Voice, Chat, and Email. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle communication with customers across Voice, Chat, and Email channels.

Assist dental professionals with inquiries about product specifications, compatibility, and usage.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Ensure adherence to quality and process guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support/BPO.

Strong English communication – Versant 5 & 6 is mandatory.

Any Bachelor’s degree (healthcare or related field preferred).

Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Prior BPO/International process experience is an added advantage.
