Part III Architect Role Summary

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000

Location: London

Hybrid working | Revit-led studio | High-profile commercial work

A forward-thinking commercial practice in central London is on the lookout for a talented, design-led Part III Architect to join their dynamic team. With a global portfolio of large-scale commercial projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to some truly exciting international commissions.

What you'll be doing:
• Lead and contribute to concept and early design stages across a range of international projects
• Collaborate closely with senior team members, consultants, and clients
• Take ownership of planning applications, tender packages, and technical delivery
• Present design ideas clearly and confidently, both internally and externally
• Deliver high-quality, coordinated information across all RIBA stages

What they’re looking for:
• ARB-registered Architect (Part III qualified)
• A strong design portfolio, demonstrating creativity, rigour, and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles
• Solid Revit skills – must be confident using it day-to-day
• Ideally some experience with commercial or workplace-led projects
