New World Stonefields is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Online Assistant Manager to join our busy Online team.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Online Manager to help lead the team to pick, pack, and deliver customers’ online orders with accuracy, care, and great service. You’ll play a key part in keeping the department running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives their order on time and in excellent condition.

Your leadership and organisation skills will help create a positive, supportive, and high-performing team environment — even during our busiest periods.


Key Responsibilities:
Support the Online Manager in the day-to-day running of the Online Department
Help lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver great service and teamwork
Ensure online orders are picked, packed, and delivered to a high standard of accuracy and presentation
Monitor and manage order flow to meet deadlines and maintain excellent customer service
Support rostering and scheduling to ensure the team is resourced to meet business needs
Maintain stock control and use in-store systems to track and manage product availability
Uphold health & safety and food safety standards at all times
Build strong customer connections by providing outstanding service and resolving issues quickly and effectively
About You:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in retail, logistics, or customer service
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A confident and positive leader who can inspire and support others
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
Comfortable working with systems and technology to manage workflow and stock
Reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure
A team player with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail
Drivers License and the ability to jump in and help with deliveries when needed
