The Marketing Information Analyst role is pivotal in understanding and enhancing customer journeys, driving lead volume, and boosting conversion rates across our sales funnels.

This position is ideal for an analytical thinker with a knack for extracting valuable insights from data. If you have a strong background in statistical analysis, coupled with experience in marketing and customer data platforms, you could be the perfect fit.

What does the role entail?

As a Marketing Information Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Information Analyst to:

Analyze and interpret customer journey data
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
Increase lead generation and conversion rates
Utilize various data sources to uncover actionable insights
Maintain data collection structures
What do we need from you?

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Analysis
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Statistical Analysis
Legal right to work in NZ as defined by Immigration NZ
At least 3 years' experience in statistical analysis within a marketing context
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms, Data Pipelines, and Email Platforms
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data retrieval and analysis is a plus
