1st Step Solutions are currently looking for a Plumber's to work on a project in Westminster, SW1E. The duration we have been told as Ongoing. The exact duties are yet to be confirmed
As an Plumber, you must hold a Plumber JIB Card, as a minimum. Must be living within the borough of Westminster

We are currently looking for a Multi Plumber to join our team in Hemel Hempstead.
You will be expected to carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works in tenants' homes and void properties within a social housing environment.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing maintenance, including:
• Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing leaks and blockages.
• Replacing taps, ball valves, pipework, traps, cisterns, and radiators.
• Installing or repairing sinks, baths, showers, toilets, and water heaters
• Support planned maintenance programs, such as kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and vacant domestic properties, including:
• Fixing leaks and blockages
• Replacing taps, ball valves, cisterns, and radiators
• Repairing or installing hot and cold water systems
• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing works
• Carry out first and second fix plumbing on planned refurbishments.
• Conduct basic fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with water regulations and relevant standards.
• Accurately complete job tickets, time sheets, and compliance paperwork.
• Operate handheld devices for receiving and updating job information.
• Maintain van stock levels and keep tools and equipment in good working order.
• Deliver high levels of customer care and professionalism in tenants’ homes.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns, property condition issues, or follow-on works as required.
• Comply with all health and safety legislation and company policies.
Skills/Experience:
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrable experience in domestic plumbing work
• Understanding of health and safety in occupied homes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
