About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 08.00am-16.30pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber.

This role will require a full Scottish Disclosure check.

This role will involve: As a qualified Plumber , you will have experience and knowledge of working on water systems and have ideally worked in a customer facing role previously. You will have a friendly flexible approach to your job and be confident in working as part of a team as well as independently.

Tasks:
• Installing, maintaining and repairing pipe including joints, valves, drains and fixtures in Commercial properties.
• Responding to Plumbing emergencies, determining the issue and making repairs.
• Performing regular planned maintenance of Plumbing systems
• Assist with cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems
• CWST inspections and maintenance
• Maintenance and servicing of TMVs

Essential skills and qualifications:
• A UK recognised Plumbing Qualification
• A working knowledge of Water Regulations/ Byelaws
• Basic IT skills (able to use phone/tablet to record information, take photos, etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Competent in working independently
• Full UK driving license
• Organised - can manage their own paperwork
• Flexible

Desirable skills and qualifications:
• Experience of Water Hygiene Regulations
• Experience of working in Commercial properties
• Health and Safety Training
• Good communication skills – able to liaise with clients and colleagues

If you are a highly skilled individual, with leading class customer service and a positive “can do” attitude we want to hear from you.

It is also essential that you have a full driving licence. This role may also include out of hours call outs.

We are a reputable local contracting company seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber / Heating Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This is a full-time position along with additional call-out and overtime opportunities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, and determined to deliver top-tier service across a variety of plumbing and heating installations, reactive maintenance tasks, and services for domestic and light commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing and heating installations and maintenance.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests.
• Service both domestic and light commercial clients with high standards.

Must have:
• NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating qualifications.
• Unvented hot water certification.
• OFTEC oil qualification or experience would be a benefit.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant trade experience.
• Full UK driving license.

Benefits: Competitive salary with call-out and overtime pay structure, Company vehicle provided, Monday to Friday schedule.
