Equans are recruiting for a Gas Plumber to be based in Leeds. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (30 mins for lunch)

WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?
• Carry out plumbing / Associated Gas works
• Kitchen/Bathroom works/Disconnection of Gas meter
• Gas checks
• Drop tests
• Flue gas analyser checks
• Recommissioning
• General Pipe work
• Cookers
• To be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
• Material co-ordination
• Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation

All levels Plumbers / Installers, mechanical engineers (Mobile) required.

Location: Mobile UK (Wales, South/ East/ West England, Midlands, London)

This is an exciting opportunity for a plumber, mechanical engineer who enjoys variety in their work and wants to be part of a growing, professional team.

We are seeking skilled and reliable Plumbers, Mechanical engineers to join our projects and install team. This is a mobile role covering sites across the country, working on a wide range of commercial and residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plumbing installations, small/ large project works, commissioning (depends on experience) and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out plumbing installation and project works across multiple sites
• Work on a range of commercial and residential properties
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timescales
• Liaise with clients and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues where required

Requirements
• Proven experience as a plumber within commercial and/or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance practices
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CSCS
• Candidates require to have the entitlement to work within the UK
• Knowledge of HVAC Pluming, Pumps, Heating Systems, AHU’s, water system and Legionella (beneficial)
• To be flexible when required
