Job Description
Operate a high standard of service to our food and beverage operations across multiple outlets as well as a busy conference & events department
Recruit, manage, motivate and maintain an exceptional service oriented front of house team
Manage supplier relationships, stock ordering and inventory levels
Contribute to the hotels financial objectives through effective forecasting, cost management and innovative promotions & events experience

Qualifications
Proven leadership experience
Experience working in a large scale hotel operation
Exemplary communication and organisational skills
Demonstrate the ability to create unique F&B experiences
Managers Certificate required
Flexibility on a 7 day roster
