Job description
Role Overview:

The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the Distribution Centre (DC). This includes managing infrastructure, facilities, contract labour, attendance systems, and supporting safety and compliance initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring optimal manpower deployment, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with statutory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee infrastructure and facility management of the DC.
- Manage and coordinate contract labour and ensure proper attendance tracking.
- Monitor daily manpower deployment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and support safety audits.
- Maintain accurate records for statutory and legal compliance.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility teams for timely issue resolution.
- Support HR and Admin functions related to the DC workforce.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with labour laws, attendance systems, and facility management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms is an added advantage.
