SB Enterprises Limited in Auckland I a leading private residential developer that is involved in development of social as well as private housing for Government as is a leading market provider for housing across the Auckland region.

You may do some or all of the following:

planning, coordinating and supervising all aspects of a construction project.
work closely with architects and civil engineers to interpret project plans.
Hire contractors and other tradespeople to work on the project and take a supervisory role.
Assigning and managing workers at the construction site.
Plan for the resources allocated to you.
Ensure workers use the resources properly to avoid shortages and project delays.
Establish and monitor on site health and safety protocol systems on site
Estimation and working with quantity surveyors.
Working with building professionals, local councils and architects.
ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Ensure timely delivery of building outcomes
Minimum 30 and maximum 45 hours per week.

You must have five years of relevant experience in construction/civil engineering/ project management/ building and/or a minimum of a bachelor's qualification (civil engineering, building, project management) and/orany relevant field.
