Job description
Seeking an experienced and trustworthy Sole Accountant for our private family office. This is a unique hybrid role combining full ownership of our accounting functions with direct involvement in equity research and investment support for the principals. You will be the financial cornerstone of the office, valued for both your accounting precision and your passion for the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full accounting cycle (GL, reconciliations, closing).
• Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle all AP/AR, expense management, and cash flow.
• Ensure all statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Serve as the primary contact for banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an accountant, managing the full cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and Advanced MS Excel is essential.
• Deep knowledge of Indian tax and accounting standards.
• A genuine, demonstrable passion for the stock market and investing.
• Utmost discretion, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
