Job Title: Motion Graphics & Video Editor (PUNE - Onsite Role)

About the Role

We're expanding our team in Pune and therefore, looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics cum Video Editor to bring stories to life through visuals, motion, and sound. This role goes beyond just editing — you'll be the end-to-end owner of visual content production, from shoots to post-production, across podcasts, reels, and both long- and short-form video formats. This role demands technical excellence, creative vision, and cutting-edge AI proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:
• Edit videos for social media, podcasts, campaigns, and brand films (long-form & short-form).
• Add graphics, animations, transitions, sound design, and effects for high-impact storytelling.

Motion Graphics:
• Create visually appealing 2D/3D animations, infographics, and explainer visuals using After Effects or similar tools.

Pre-Production:
• Collaborate with teams to develop storyboards, shot lists, and creative concepts.
• Plan and manage shoots (in-house and on-location) including lighting, sound, and framing.

Post-Production Ownership
• Handle color correction, grading, sound syncing, and final rendering.
• Ensure timely delivery of all content in required formats and aspect ratios.

Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing & Creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Suggest innovative content ideas to enhance engagement and storytelling.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; Cinema4D/Blender a plus).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in managing shoots (camera, lighting, sound basics).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and platform best practices (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good to Have:
• Experience in podcast production & editing.
• Knowledge of 3D motion design or VFX.
• Creative flair with a strong design sensibility.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software and emerging AI tools
• Strong aesthetic sense with proven ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
