Required Qualification and Skills
Bachelor
s degree in actuarial science
insurance
or a related field
Minimum 2
4 years of experience in reinsurance underwriting or a related field
Strong understanding of reinsurance principles and risk management
Excellent analytical and problem

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using underwriting software and tools
