Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
Cook high-quality meals using company recipes and maintain consistency.
Store food properly at the right temperature to prevent spoilage.
Ensure portion sizes and food presentation meet company standards.
Monitor supplies and restock ingredients as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of cooking utensils before each use.
Clean and sterilize food preparation areas to meet hygiene standards.
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen and waiting staff.
Work with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
Handle customer order issues professionally and resolve them efficiently.
Follow all food health and safety regulations to maintain compliance.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience as a Chef OR a relevant qualification.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and portion control.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple orders.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Experience handling customer requests and dietary preferences.
The position is based in Auckland, New Zealand, offering a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a pay range starting at $29.66 per hour, based on experience and skills.
