2. Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently.
3. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information after each interaction.
4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets set by the company.
5. Prepare and share daily/weekly call reports with supervisors or management.
6. Stay updated on company products, promotions, and market trends to effectively engage customers.
