Job description
We are seeking a talented short-form video editor (music related) who can quickly turn our existing event footage into engaging YouTube Shorts (and repurposable for Instagram Reels/TikTok).
We already have all the raw footage needed — the focus is on editing. Our target goal is to produce 30–50 high-quality Shorts as a starting library, which will then be repurposed across multiple platforms.
The right candidate will know how to create high-retention edits that keep viewers watching, looping, and engaging. This is a fast-moving project, and we need someone who can deliver quality edits on a quick turnaround.
🔑 Responsibilities
Edit 15–30 second vertical (9:16) videos from provided event/performance footage.
Add dynamic captions, text overlays, and transitions where needed.
Optimize clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok (same file usable across platforms).
Deliver watermark-free final videos in MP4 format.
Collaborate with us to maintain a consistent style and branding.
🛠️ Skills Needed
Strong experience editing YouTube Shorts, Reels, or TikToks.
Knowledge of captions/subtitles (burned-in, bold, easy-to-read).
