Role: Customer Services & Key Accounts Representative
Location: Hamilton

GrainCorp Feeds offers a comprehensive range of high-quality dry and liquid dairy supplementary feeds suitable for a variety of feeding systems. GrainCorp feeds has a solution for every customer, with a focus on helping improve on-farm production, reproduction, performance, and profitability. GrainCorp Animal Nutrition utilise specialised tools to analyse diets and production limitations to identify individual farm opportunities to help achieve customer goals. As the Customer & Key Accounts Representative, you will:

Act as the first point of contact for commercial customer enquiries and contracts
Coordinate transport bookings to ensure timely delivery
Support sales and operations with customer reporting, contracts and feed requests
Build strong relationships with customers, transport partners and internal teams
