Permanent, full-time opportunity based in Hamilton
Monday to Friday in the office (40-hour week)
Workday options: 7.30am – 4pm or 8am – 4.30pm

Travel to other depots within the UNI region will be required at times, during work hours.

He whakamārama mo te tūranga mahi | About the role:
Our Business Support role sits within the infrastructure team and ensures smooth day-to-day operations to a range of leaders and staff across the team. We are seeking a candidate who enjoys working with numbers, as they will be accountable for a range of financial tasks.

This role covers a wide range of responsibilities as outlined in the

Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What (skills) you will bring:
Experienced in administrative or business support roles (3–4 years preferred)
Skilled with finance systems like SAP or Maximo, including invoicing and purchase orders
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people and familiar with health and safety compliance processes
Ability to work to deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities with ease
