Key Responsibilities:
• Supervises and supports the smooth operation of the Engineering department, ensuring all HVAC and mechanical systems function efficiently and reliably.
• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
• Leads and guides a small team of technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
• Monitors system performance and energy efficiency, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Coordinates with other departments to respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols, statutory compliance, and brand standards.
• Maintains records, checklists, and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Supports departmental goals and initiatives, ensuring productivity, cost control, and quality outcomes.

Requirements:
• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC systems within hotels or commercial facilities.
• Proven technical knowledge of HVAC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding brand standards.
