Dear Candidates,

Hiring for Human Resource Manager for International School at Whitefield

CTC: Bengaluru: Rs. 45000-55000 pm

Position: Manager/Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition, On-boarding and HRBP
Reporting: Head HR
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Timings: 9.30am-6 pm (Monday-Friday). Saturday as and when required

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and on-boarding, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Talent Acquisition
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Leverage data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various preschool roles Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Handle queries and resolve them with in the stipulated timeframe
