💼 Position: Customer Support / Technical Support Executive📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

🏢 Work Mode: On-Site (Office Based)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts including Night Shifts – aligned with UK/US time zones)

👩‍💻 Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for international clients (UK/US)

Deliver exceptional customer service & technical support with professionalism

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain high-quality standards & achieve daily performance targets

Work in a fast-paced, multicultural global team environment

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:✔️ Undergraduates / Graduates / Experienced Candidates welcome
✔️ Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal & written)
✔️ Prior BPO / Tech Support experience preferred but not mandatory
✔️ Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night)

💰 Salary & Benefits:💸 Minimum CTC: ₹27,000 – ₹42,000 per month (based on profile & experience)
