As a Visual Merchandiser, your role involves evaluating the latest fashion trends, buying patterns, and demographics of the target market. You will be responsible for creating appealing visual displays that align with the target market, budget, and current trends. Your knowledge of CHIKAN KARI, CHIKAN PRODUCT, FABRIC, etc., will be essential in executing your tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a monthly visual merchandise strategy and budget for multiple locations.
- Design and implement store layouts to optimize visual appeal.
- Procure apparel, accessories, and footwear required for creating visual displays.
- Collaborate with fashion designers, suppliers, and distributors to negotiate contracts and meet deadlines.
- Engage with the marketing department to align visual merchandising with advertising requirements and campaigns.
- Represent the business at fashion shows, trade fairs, and seminars.
- Regularly meet with the Sales Manager to review sales reports and customer feedback.
- Ensure adequate supplies and inventory across all stores to support visual displays effectively.

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CHIKAN PRODUCT and Fashion Designing.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Hazratganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
