Job Description
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Profile: Telecaller Outbound Calling

Skill required:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Willing to work in night shift.

Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in any stream or equivalent number of experience.

Salary:
• 9,000/- to 15,000/- (fixed per month) + incentives ( 0 to 4000/-)

Required experience:
• BPO: 0- 02yrs or (Both fresher & experienced candidates can apply)

Required language:
• English
