Position Overview
• Role: International Customer Support Executive
• Industry: BPO / Call Center / ITES
• Process: Voice & Non-Voice (Chat and Email Support)
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work From Office Only)
• Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on profile)
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years (Freshers Eligible)
• Shifts: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
• Education: Undergraduate & Graduate (Any Stream)
• Join Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from international customers
• Resolve queries related to products, orders, billing, accounts, etc.
• Deliver clear, confident, and empathetic communication in fluent English
• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Achieve performance metrics: Quality, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with process guidelines and data security standards

Candidate Requirements
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including nights)
• Basic computer knowledge: typing, email, CRM usage
• Willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)
• Fresher or experience in:
• International BPO / KPO
• Voice Process / Chat Process / Email Support
• Customer Service Executive Roles
