GDA (General Duty Assistant)

provides basic patient care, supports medical staff, maintains patient comfort and safety, and ensures a clean environment. Key duties include assisting with daily activities like bathing and dressing, shifting patients, monitoring vital signs, preparing rooms, transporting samples and documents, and adhering to infection control protocols. GDAs also handle some administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities
• Patient Care & Comfort:
• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help patients with eating and toileting needs.
• Assist with patient mobility, such as shifting them from beds to wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Monitor and report changes in a patient's condition to nursing staff.
• Support to Medical Staff:
• Assist nurses with basic procedures, such as dressing wounds and checking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Transport medications, lab samples, and important documents between departments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
