Job Description
Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment - sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, documentation, offer and onboarding.
Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms.
Screen applications as per the requirement and shortlist profiles.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
Documentation and conducting reference checks
Negotiating and sharing offer letters
Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees
Ensure that the candidate's hiring experience is positive.
