Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure a superior ownership experience.
Handle all inbound and outbound customer communications professionally and effectively.
Track and follow up on test rides, bookings, deliveries, and service reminders.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system with accuracy.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate critical issues to management.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
Monitor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and take proactive measures to improve ratings.
Plan and execute customer engagement activities, ride events, and loyalty programs.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven CRM experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to handle high customer volumes and resolve issues effectively.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and customer-first mindset.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
