About the Role

Vision PR is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Event Manager – Business Development to lead stall and sponsorship bookings for the upcoming Christmas Carnival. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving maximum participation from brands and exhibitors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the business development activities for stall and sponsorship sales.
Identify, approach, and onboard potential brands, exhibitors, and corporate sponsors.
Prepare customized sponsorship proposals, rate cards, and packages.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups for closures.
Coordinate with the event, marketing, and design teams to execute branding commitments.
Achieve booking targets within defined timelines.
Represent the event at meetings, networking opportunities, and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, or Business Development.
2–5 years of relevant experience in event sales, exhibition stall booking, or sponsorship management.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and capable of handling pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
